Joe Dinolfo is pleased to announce his candidacy for Monroe County Court Judge. With over 30 years of legal experience as an attorney, Mr. Dinolfo is deeply committed to upholding the integrity of the Monroe County Court. He is a dedicated husband, father of three, and long-time community member. He has served as a Volunteer Firefighter for nearly 20 years, reflecting his profound commitment to the community.
While in private practice, helping others pro bono with their Family Court adoption.
He also served as a Hearing Examiner for the City of Rochester.
Joe is an experienced attorney dedicated to upholding integrity.
Mr. Dinolfo’s roots began in the City of Rochester, where he attended School Number 53 before moving to Gates and graduating from Gates-Chili High School.
He earned a law degree and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
For 18 years, Joe practiced privately, addressing community needs in the areas of Family, Criminal, and Civil litigation.
Joe was a sole practitioner and a small business owner.
Since 2011, Joe has been with the New York State Appellate Division, 4th Department, serving Monroe County and its surrounding areas.
As an attorney and firefighter, Joe Dinolfo has spent his life working tirelessly to protect individuals’ rights and property. As Monroe County Court Judge, Joe will serve our community with compassion, integrity and distinction.
